Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is characterized by the formation of multiple cysts on a woman’s ovaries. They reveal the regularity of periods, levels of male hormones, size of ovaries, and other health disorders causing PCOS. PCOS is treatable, and the line of treatment involves dietary modification like a limit on certain food items that will clear acne problems and have regular periods, medications to facilitate ovulation, control weight, and create the hormonal balance, which all will help deal with PCOS.
